“I feel that the most important part of life is the people that you have in yours, not the things. That’s why I prefer portrait and lifestyle photography. Don’t get me wrong I have a major weakness for beautiful scenery but I would much rather prefer to take a photograph of someone in that landscape than the landscape alone. Capturing life’s special moments has been a top priority for me for as long as I can remember. I received my first camera in elementary school; it was a purple Vivitar camera with the flip flash, an 80’s classic. From there my love for photography began…but it wasn’t just about taking pictures, it was about capturing all of the special moments in my life. By the time high school hit, it was a rarity to find me without a camera on hand.
Although photography remained a passion of mine, I decided to pursue a degree in marketing. For the past 10+ years I have lead numerous marketing efforts for technology and design companies across Metro Detroit. Working alongside so many passionate and creative individuals inspired me to take my passion for photography to a new level. I began taking photos for my family and close friends and before I knew it I was receiving inquires for sessions from people who came across my photos on Facebook.
During the week you will find me driving marketing efforts and managing my growing team of designers and content developers at 365 Retail Markets in Troy, MI.
Weeknights and weekends I’m working hard to bring smiles to the faces of all of my photography clients and I feel so much joy and passion in working to create the perfect photograph for them.

I currently live in Macomb Township, MI with my husband Joe and my fur baby Tyson.
I'm a super laid back person who loves a good laugh and spending time with family and friends. Besides photography my other favorites lie in all things fitness, fashion and football.
